Shipping and Returns
How long will it take my order to arrive?
We partner with Fedex, Bluedart, DHL, Gati and other major carriers to get your products to you quickly. That typically takes about 5-10 business days. You can track your orders by using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email that we send as soon as your order heads out into the world. One and two-day expedited shipments are currently only available to selected customers. Check your emails to see if you have received an invite for the same.
Where do you ship?
To every single pincode in the country, no matter how remote. We currently have customers in 21 states/UTs in India, including the island states.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders in India
My product was damaged in transit. What should I do?
Our packaging has been tested for extreme durability and we take every precaution necessary to make sure your product reaches you safely. However, in the unfortunate case that it does not, please raise a case with us at support @twfflours.com within 7 days of receiving the product with a couple of pictures. We will get a delivery agent to collect the damaged product, so it can be sent for analysis and send you a replacement pack right away. In case your order was only partially damaged, we can also issue you refund, in the form of TWF Vouchers, for the same.
Can I return my products, if I no longer need them?
Since, all our flours ground-to-order, we can not accept returns. Perhaps, you can gift it to a friend?
There was a problem with the flour I received. What should I do?
We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please reach out to us at support @twfflours.com and one of our experts will get in touch with you to offer guidance and support in resolving your issue. If we can not resolve the issue, we will replace your product or issue you store credit for it. We might assign a delivery agent to collect the remainder of your flour to send it for analysis/testing (refund/replacement will follow a successful collection of the flour).
Until when can I make guarantee claims?
Anytime throughout the lifecycle of the product (expiry date mentioned on the product).
