Sujit is a passionate sourdough bread baker who has been running sourdough workshops across India for close to a decade now.
He loves working with Indian whole grain flour blends and is always experimenting with diverse local ingredients and flavours. His bakes are characterised by texture and flavour and of course nutrition. These hands-on workshops, sell out months in advance and are attended by home bakers and professionals alike.
He is India’s most most talked about and written about sourdough baker.
His partner in crime - Sudha, has always believed in making the most of whatever she has at her finger tips. Most people who attend Sujit’s Sourdough Workshops remember the food that she served up for them. Whether it’s vegetarian or non vegetarian stuff you long for - tell her and she’ll take care of it.

How does it work?

You are all set. Book your flights, so that you reach Sujit's place by 12 pm on Saturday. Checkout at 3pm on Sunday.
Your itinerary
Reach by 12 noon.
Have a leisurely lunch and at around 3 pm we start fermenting the dough.
Put away the fermented dough for a cold ferment after about 3 1/2 hours.
A simple home cooked veg / non-veg meal follows.
Next morning we bake the bread and have some fresh bread for breakfast.
