Indie flour retains all of the bran and wheat germ

High anti-oxidant & pre-biotic activity. The bran fraction has the highest anti-oxidant activity than other milled fractions, protecting your body from heart diseases and cancer. The germ component lowers harmful bacteria and promotes the growth of gut friendly microflora.
